Gemini - Capricorn Relationship
There are lessons Capricorn can learn from Genini. Innocently self-centered, intellectually independent and curious, Gemini is magically able to temproarily enter the realms of every book ever read, every movie ever seen, every symphony ever heard - to move as naturally and freely in that so-called imaginary world as if it were the kingdom of his or her birth.
Consequently, the Twins can present the Goats with the valuable knowledge of how to be more than just a visitor to the worlds of literature, music, art - for the worlds of make-believe are where they live. Capricorn benefits from this, because it is so difficult for the Goat to comprehend the reality of any place but Earth, Capricorn being so rooted in it, so practical and down-to-earth on both a conscious and subconscious level.
There are of course, rare Capricorns whose imaginations flash during a summer thunderstorm, but the more typical Goat does not waste time pondering anything which can't be taken apart and put back together again by blueprint. When Capricorns fly, the make their reservations early, to be safe. If they go by car, they take a map, to be sure. There are no blueprints, no maps to guide the astral traveler. Trips out-of-the-body, into worlds beyond the material or the physical senses, don't require a reservation--only faith.
Gemini, when investigating other worlds, is not necessarily motivated by faith or spiritual hunger. The Twins are usually motivated by simple curiosity.
Capricorns are inclined to keep their own counsel. Geminis are born and natural communicators. Which is right? Both are- each in hers or her own way, as long as niether interfers with the other doing his own thing, or her own thing. With these two signs, their own thing is rare.
Gemini Woman - Capricorn Man
They start out with a mutual admiration of one another, he in awe of her quick mind, her ability to untangle knots with the greatest of ease, arriving at solutions to intricate problems effortlessly. She will respect his wisdom, a different matter altogether from her her own quick intellect and cleverness. After a time, however, the essential differences in their natures may become more visible. There is a gravity to Capricorn whicn can depress her, a curious moodiness in her own make-up which can disturb him. Often, their dispositions, personalities, characteristics and motivations are miles apart.
In family matters, he is close to his, she is not. Then there's money. Both like it. She uses it to spread around, he uses it as a sort of emotional tranquilizer. As long as he knows it's in the bank, he can relax and breathe easy.
When a Capricorn man is upset, corss, or out of sorts, he pouts, becomes silent and suller. When she's the same way, she can be caustic, bitter and sarcastic. His moods are somewhat predictable, hers never are.
While he may be somewhat mundane to her in the early years, if she can remember that in later years he is likely to become exciting, more youthful, more free, the older he gets. If she can find the patience needed, this is a big request of a Gemini, the rewards will be worth it.
Gemini Man - Capricorn Woman
It's a good thing for the Goat and the Twins that we've recognized her right to be practical and intelligent, along with his right to daydream occasionally, even weep when he is touched by beauty.
Due to their natural inclinations, and disinclinations, their sexual relationship may not always be a smoldering volcano of intensity. Strangely, it may fulfill the desire the both have for physical lovemaking, to be conforting and close but not all-consuming. Even in their most intimate moments, he needs to feel his own independence and freedom. So does she.
We know Capricorn is practical, feet on the ground. Gemini is the dreamer, explorer. If they travel a lot he will be happier. She will be less so, she can't pitch a tent and call it home. As she ages however, the idea of a trip may excite her, as long as she knows it will lead back home.
Should the relationship break apart, it won't be easy for the Goat Girl to let go. If she gives herslef completely to a man, she cannot take back her gift without pain. She intends a forever thing, should it end, there usually won't be hysterical scenes of weeping and accusation, no excessive emotional displays. She will simply turn, hide her tears, walk away and not come back.
Gemini will likely lament to the world about his losses, the turn and smile, thinking tomorrow is a brand new day, and who knows what it may hold. He's thinking maybe a reconciliation, forgiveness, and a chance to try again, this time treating her heart more tenderly. Good luck with that!
