TAURUS - LEO RELATIONSHIP
Bulls need lots of loyalty and affection in order to be sure they're loved and apprecited. Leos need lots of worship and compliments in order to be sure they're loved and admired. Neither get enough proof that they're cherished, even from compatible people.
These two Astrolgy Signs don't harmonize two well. The tension starts like this, Leo is much too self-centered to give the strong, silent Bulls the absolute devotion and obedience they insist on. Taurus is much too stubborn to give the vain, proud Leos the unquestioning worship they demand contunually. Both are good organizers, and each possess an unusual amount of emotional dependability.
Sometimes, the Leo will depend on the more tranquil, stable Taurus to cope with an unpleasant situation, then rob the Bull of all the credit of the accomplishment. However, this does not bother the Bull, the last thing they want is personal glory. They won't turn their backs on it, if it is offered to them, but they can take it or leave it alone. Taurus is more interested in cash appreciation and emotional peace of mind.
One area of potential agreement between Taurus and Leo is promoting and building. Leo loves to promote grandose schemes and large ideas, and all Bulls delight in contemplating the financial return of what might be the seeds of the empire they are always building. Taurus doesn't mind waiting for success.
Leo's who are fanatically fond of freedom, refuse to accept, or even to recognize, limitation. Their attitude is ever hopeful and determined. It never occurs that they can't win all the chips with one grand toss of the dice.
In the long run, the Bull believes the safest way to double your money is to fold it over once and put it in your pocket. That sums up the Taurus thinking about either romantic or financial gambling. When Bulls are young, they think security is having money in the bank, and having devoted love of their mate. When they get older, they are positive.
Only thing Leo is positive about is their own ability to make it happen. The Leo warm-heartedness and nobility of spirit, when blended with their fairh in themselves, draws others to them including Lady Luck, who often showers upon them generous amounts of both love and gold.
It's only when Leo starts giving those royal commands, which Taurus interprests as being shoved, that trouble starts.
Taurus Woman -Leo Man
Every Taurus woman has a love for music. She has a rich musical voice, whether singing somewhere, or telling the postman she's waiting for a package.
Whether he deserves being compared to a King, his private ambition, to rule those around him, including his own mate. A Taurus girl desires to submit to her man, to stick by his side through it all. But being ruled sounds like being pushed, and no Bull will tolerate being pushed. Taurus women are capable of deep, lasting devotion and a warm-hearted love, they don't toss around careless compliments, they have not use for flattery, and think worship is for the weak-minded. Lions require and demand compliments, flattery and worship, you can see what's often missing in the relationship.
Should they have a disagreement, both respond well to non-verbal appoligies. Both prefer tangible, touching, romantic overatures. Leo cannot handle verbal apologies gracefully, Taurus girl is immune to flowery words and persuasive arguments, she wants action. Her conservation of words isn't quite soothing to the Lion, outside the bedroom.
When he is enthusiastic about something, she needs to respond with attentive approval, otherwise his ego gets bruised. Maybe lots of coffee will keep her awake when he's on stage.
The most common complaint of the Lion about Taurus girl is that she lacks enthusiasm. He often feels like shaking her into action, and shouting, "Say something! Do something! Anything at all. Don't just sit there."

Taurus Man - Leo Woman
Can a Bull aspire to own a queen? Most Bulls are more at home in a china shop than in the presence of royalty, and we know how flustered they are in a china shop. The Bull feels all the pomp and circumstance is too much fuss.
Lion girl is looking for a man who sees her as a Queen, who can provide her with the kind of live she knows she deserves. An existence with beautiful clothes, parties and brainy converstions, rings on her fingers, bells on her toes, you get the picture. She'll feel a bit tense and restless when her Taurus man expects her to hang around in their small apartment, bringing him beer and pretzels, while he watches television and reads the paper. She may choose to bring him a listing of homes for sale, and a picture of Perrier. Remember folks, don't try to push a Bull.
Bulls don't back down. They either hold their ground - or they charge. It would be better if they were holding their ground, you don't want to risk his charging. If Lion girl can wait, not rush him, he may well give her all the things she wants, including the rings, bells etc. He may not reach his goal of security overnite, but she'll never find a man with a better chance.
The Bull and the Lioness will have to start listening to each other's silent pleading hearts-when she's really saying, beneath her huaghtiness, is "Please, show me how much you love me" - and what he's saying beneath his stony stubborness, is, "Please, promise you'll stay, and never leave me."
