Taurus - Scorpio Relationship
It isn't always a horror, the potential is there, however. When they really try, Taurus and Scorpio often get along well, sometines great. Scorpio is everything Taurus wants to be, and Taurus is everything Scorpio would like to be. Each would rather be caught dead than admit it. Scorpio tends to live in two worlds at the same moment.

They are what they are, and nothing or no one will ever change them from what they were born to be, mountains of dependability, courage, patience and determination. Taurus wasn't born with Scorpio's power of penetration and steely will, nor the Eagle's awesome regenerative potential, they do have the true and genuine inner calm Scorpio longs to posses, the total emotional control Scorpio prentends to own.
Bulls wouldn't bother to plod across the street to either own or imitate Scorpio's emotional intensity, but they would travel thousands of miles, even leap over barbed wire fences - uphill, if no one was looking, to gain Scorpio's ability to know without any kind of calculation - to simply know. Bulls would give all their gold to be able, like the Eagles to stare into someone's soul and learn all that person's secrets. If only they could master this ability, Bulls could build their empires faster. If Scorpio could master the Taurus impassivity toward Life's magnetic emotional storms, they could accomplish their mysterious purposes with far less toll on the inner psyche.
When these two get together in any sort of relationship, business, family, friendship or love, and decide to lend each other the use of their individual talents and virtues, working side by side, they can change destiny. A blend of their qualities through a close relationship, is never bland. It can tremble and shake with both highs and lows.
One of the qualities Taurus possesses, and Scorpio usually lacks, is a sense of the ridiculous. There are Eagles who possess a fine sense of humor, but it's seldom along the lines of the absurd. Scorpio's appreciate humor, but only when it can be seen or projected in an impersonal way. Such as on stage or screen or among friends. Very few Scorp's find in hilarious when the giggles are at their own expense, and they're not cherry back-slapper types, as the Bulls can be, when they're feeling expecially jolly. The typical Scorp will chuckly sincerely at funnies only when in the company of good and trusted friends.
Both of these Astrology Signs have some things in common. They both have a tendency to be reserved with strangers. Neither of them are blabbermouths, and neither is inclined to make long speeches unless there's something important to say. Also, both equally dislike being rudely questioned by inquisitive people. Their reactions to such intrusions are quite different. Scorpio will use subtle strategies to keep their secrets secret. If subtlety fails, Scorpio will simply lie, justifying it as an inalienable right when dealing with those who would violate their sacred privacy. (All other times Scoprio has a high degree of integrity).
Bulls have an equal sense of privacy, and you won't find them telling all they know, any more than Scorps do. Bulls are not subtle, and they'll seldom bother with a lie. Taurus will squelch a prying person directly, with a plain statement of fact, like, "Mind your own business, buzz off".
Taurus Woman - Scorpio Man
Bull girl is practical. She's not flighty, impulsive or a misty dreamer. In her steady heart, passion is not easily or quickly aroused. It grows slowly into fullness. But once her senses are caught by someone, when she notices the scent of his hair, reacts to the sound of his voice, sight of his walk, his smile, quivering inside when he touches her hand, her practical common sense may be suspended indefinitely. A Bull girl in love is pretty vulnerable. She won't change her mind once she recognizes her lover as the man she's been waiting for. She's possessive in love, but that's not the same thing as sudden flares of jealousy, Taurus is not jealous. Jealousy is an emotion that has roots in a basic insecurity. Passessiveness describes the pride a Taurus takes in anything owned, the devotion lavished upon it, whether it's a man, or an heirloom bedspread.
Scorpio man understands the difference between the two words, and will give little reason to experience jealousy, but rather enjoys possessiveness. For all his reputation as a sex symbol, he seldom looks upon sex as a pleasant pastime or a series of casual encounters. To him sex is the reason for both life and death, the doorway to each, the one mystery he may never solve. When he finds the right partner, his concept of sex will be pure, though intense, and experimental promiscuity is not part of that concept.
He's a blend of cool reason and hot emotion, he'll expose only the cool reason, keeping hot emotion secret.
Scorpio becomes involved through emotions, or shows disinterest. Taurus girl has little sympathy for the violent extremes of love and hate. To her, its exhausting and unnecessary strain on the nerves. This will be the underlying cause behind all their disagreements, major or minor.
Taurus Man - Scorpio Woman
Okay, this is not an easy female to live with. She's fascinating, feminine, intelligent, loyal and passionate. But she's not an innocent, wide-eyed maiden, who is willing to become a love object. Scorpio lives in the emotions, but sometimes they're bottled up for years. That's why she seems so docile, then erupts without warning, or disappears into forzen silence, which is even harder to cope with and certainly more difficlut to understand.
For a time she'll go along with what her man says, unless he becomes too demanding. Then she'll show her hidden strength. Tact and compromise are not her strong points, for that matter, they're not his either. Neither sign has much idea of what it's like to see the other person's point of view. No, that's not quite it. Bull's have trouble seeing another point of view. Scorpio sees it clearly, with her uncanny perception. But she prefers her own wishes to what her ouija board may tell her someone else's are.
It bears repeating, sex between these two is awsome. To her it's full of strange surprises and sensual ecstasies, it is respected as a sacred act of love. Sex is never cheap to a Scorpio, she'll insist on being loved for her whole self, not just her physical appeal. So will he. He may never comprehend their lovemaking in as much depth as she, but he'll certainly enjoy it.
His comic sense may be a cause for tension between them. Bull boy needs and occasional practical joke and a constant touch of humor to make his life, which is serious enough, bright and bearable. She may laugh at his comic remarks, but her eyes won't be smiling, and he'll soon learn she can't stand to be teased, because she's never been able to laugh at herself. Instead of being annoyed, if she could let some of his laughter linger in her heart, she might find it's the dimension she needs to color her own emotions lighter.
The way it is with Taurus and Scorpio, no light flirtations, or casual affair. It will be frigid disinterest, total disaster - or a devotion which will last a lifetime, and beyond that, past forever.
